Our awards night is a special celebration held in conjunction with the community Christmas break up, recognising the achievements and efforts of our students throughout the year. It is a time to come together as a school and community to acknowledge excellence, growth and the values we uphold.
Major awards presented include:
- GBA Consulting Engineers Science/Maths Award—celebrating outstanding achievement in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) subjects
- Diamantina Shire Literacy Award—recognising excellence in reading and writing
- Rotary Encouragement Award—acknowledging consistent effort and a positive attitude
- Happiness Through Learning Award—celebrating a love of learning and school spirit
- School dux—awarded to the top academic performer of the year
This evening is a highlight of our school calendar and a proud moment for students, families and staff alike.
