Our school celebrates the rich cultural diversity of our community through a variety of engaging activities and programs. These experiences help students develop respect, understanding and pride in their own and others’ cultures.
Some of our cultural activities include:
- Celebrations of NAIDOC Week and other Indigenous cultural events
- Japanese language and cultural lessons
- Participation in local community festivals and events
- The Arts programs including dance, drama, music, media arts and visual arts, providing students with creative outlets to explore culture and storytelling
- Visits from cultural groups and guest artists who share their traditions and skills
These opportunities enrich our learning environment and foster a sense of belonging and respect for diversity.
