Bedourie State School is proud to be an active and valued part of the local community. We believe strong connections between school, families and community enrich student learning and wellbeing.
Our students and staff regularly participate in community events such as the ANZAC Day parade and service, Remembrance Day, the camel and horse races, and other local celebrations. These opportunities help students develop a sense of belonging, respect and civic responsibility.
We also welcome community members into our school through events like the community Christmas break up and fundraising activities, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
At Bedourie State School, we are more than just a school—we are a connected, caring community.
